Thanks to EU funding, European transport infrastructure is being transformed from a patchwork into a network, connecting European citizens and bringing a wealth of benefits to the EU as a whole. At the TEN-T Days Exhibition in Rotterdam, you’ll be able to learn more about over 70 different TEN-T projects and initiatives and meet the people helping to make them happen. Air Liquide and Fordongas take part in the GREAT (Green Region for Electrification and Alternative fuels for Transport) project, a Natural Gas project. You can find them at Stand 11RO.
The Ten-T days aim to gather Ministers, Members of the European Parliament and key stakeholders to discuss the development of the Trans-European Transport Network, with a special focus on the Core Network Corridors, ERTMS and Motorways of the Sea (MoS), their implementation and financing.
The GREAT project will develop an empirically based and theoretically sound model of the role of responsible research and innovation governance. The project will explore the dynamics of participation in research and innovation, and investigate the characteristics of responsible practices. It will investigate the nature of new partnerships among various stakeholders, researchers and policymakers that are developing within innovation networks and the influence that these developments have on knowledge production and policy.
Fordonsgas, part of the Air Liquide Group, is involved in the GREAT project. In parallel, Air Liquide will present its innovative solutions for clean transportation, such as hydrogen energy, bio compressed or liquefied natural gas for vehicles, and nitrogen used on refrigerated trucks with its silent cryogenic technology Blueeze.
