Alongside French hydrogen players, members of Afhypac (1), Air Liquide showcases its solutions for clean transportation and among them hydrogen energy. The stand of the association is located on the AVERE France (2) pavillon, Hall 3, Booth 218, Aisle A.
The world of energy is in the midst of deep change and hydrogen is one of the solutions that offer a response to the challenges of clean transportation: reducing greenhouse gases, pollution in our cities and dependency on oil-based fuels.
Hydrogen cars are efficient for long-distance journeys particularly, as with a charging time of less than five minutes, they offer about 500km driving range. Such journeys represent 75% of CO2emissions from the transport sector. They do not generate any pollution on the point of use: zero CO2emissions, zero particles and zero noise.
Air Liquide is participating to the growing use of hydrogen as a clean energy in the transport sector. At this point, 75 hydrogen stations have been designed and delivered by Air Liquide in the world.
